Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will be pivotal in enhancing Dominos' online presence, driving with innovative social campaigns, and nurturing community engagement across various platforms. You will collaborate with marketing teams, and culinary experts, and lead a passionate group of creative individuals to bring engaging digital storytelling to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to amplify brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, and community management across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Analyze social media trends and audience insights to optimize content and drive measurable results.
- Create captivating multimedia content including graphics, videos, and posts that resonate with our diverse audience.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, resolving issues, and fostering positive interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, digital marketing, and creative departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Monitor, report, and present analytics on social media performance to demonstrate the efficacy of campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends and technologies, integrating them into our strategies when relevant.
- Run social media advertising campaigns to effectively target specific demographics and increase brand visibility.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you must possess a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and knowledge of social media best practices. Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within a corporate or retail environment.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their advertising tools.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software is a plus.
